New staff member + new features
To start with, as CEO of Host4Fans I would like to apologize for the delay in answering tickets these last couple of months. Due to the rise in the price of electricity, we had to make some adjustments in the staff so as not to increase our prices. During these weeks we have been making adjustments to continue providing quality and cheap hosting, but also provide good and fast support.
As some of you may already know, we have also had some problems with our email and our client area that have already been resolved. Due to this error and to ensure all is well all tickets have been closed, please open a new ticket if your issue has not been resolved.
These are some of the measures we have taken:
- Support via WhatsApp for urgent problems [check number in our client area]
- We have developed an application for PC and our mobiles that will allow us to respond to tickets and carry out actions more quickly.
- We have added a new person to our team.
- We are currently developing a script that will improve our client area and both myself and the rest of the team will be able to work more efficiently.
In addition to all this, we have acquired a new server, much faster and more modern, although we will report on this in more detail soon.
